Refund Policy
At Gym Rat Fitness, we are proud to offer a Print-On-Demand (POD) model for our custom apparel, meaning every item is uniquely made for you when you order it. This approach allows us to provide one-of-a-kind, high-quality designs tailored to your personal style. However, it also means that we are unable to process traditional exchanges for items, and we can only offer refunds for eligible issues. This policy ensures that we can maintain our commitment to creating exclusive products while keeping our operations efficient and sustainable.
Refund Policy
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or misprinted, we are committed to offering you a refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges due to the custom nature of our Print-On-Demand process. Each item is produced specifically for your order, so we cannot simply swap out products in the way traditional retail stores can. We also do not keep pre-made inventory, which limits our ability to manage exchanges.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the return has been completed. Please note that we cannot replace items—if you’re looking for a different size or design, you will need to place a new order.

For the fastest resolution, please provide specific evidence based on the issue. This helps us understand the problem and process your refund request swiftly. Here are the types of evidence we require for common issues:
Return Shipping & Refund Process
If your refund is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label to return the item at no cost to you. Once the item is returned, we will process your refund to the original payment method used during checkout.
Why No Exchanges?
The Print-On-Demand model allows us to create exclusive, high-quality designs on demand, but it also means that each item is produced only once. We do not keep a stock of pre-made products, so it is not feasible to process exchanges in the traditional retail sense. Since every item is custom-made just for you, a refund is the best way to resolve any issues with defective or incorrect items. Once the return is completed, you are welcome to place a new order for a different product or size. If another order is placed following a refund, you will receive a discount code!
